Image Use Contract
also know as License of Copyright

FSFuneralHomes.com a division of Remindsme.com LLC, "Licensor", P. O. Box 132, Newkirk, Oklahoma, is the author and sole owner of all copyright interests, publication rights, domestic or foreign, in a work of floral arrangement pictures entitled FSFuneralHomes, "Licensed Work" which has been submitted for registration with the Copyright Office.

Terms of License: Licensor grants to Licensee a nonexclusive license to use the Licensed Work on the following terms:

1. The Licensed Work may not be altered or modified in any way, including, but not limited to placing Licensee’s logo on it.
2. The Licensed Work may not be reproduced except by placing it on the website of Licensee in a manner approved by Licensor. 
3. Licensee must maintain a text link with FSFuneralHomes.com linking to www.FSFuneralHomes.com from the main page of Licensee website or a banner link provided by FSFuneralHomes.com at www.FSFuneralHomes.com/banners.
4. Licensee will conduct their business in an ethical manner that does not negatively reflect upon Licensor.  Licensor will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the business is being operated ethically.  Factors it will consider include customer complaints against Licensee.
5. Licensee must maintain an actual office location (brick and mortar location (where they sell flowers and floral arrangements to the general public who may walk into the shop and purchase the flowers.
6. Licensee must maintain an annual fee of $149.00 for "Ad" placed on directory located at www.FSFuneralHomes.com of $149.00 as long as Licensee uses images on "licensee" website. The first year fee is covered in the initial purchase of the book containing the Licensed Work.  The annual fee will start the second year.  “Licensor” will notify “Licensee” (30) days prior to expiration date.
